The greatest risk when using cleaning equipment in cleanrooms is the spread of contamination through contact and open containers as well as open liquids. With MopScoop PROTECT, the first completely closed cleaning and disinfection process for cleanrooms has been developed, which eliminates precisely these risk factors and solves all known problems with manual operations.
Central components
MopScoop PROTECT consists of three perfectly coordinated components for a contact-free, process-safe, ergonomic and easy-to-understand workflow as well as a validatable and user-independent results. All components are designed according to Hygienic Design guidelines and are proven to be suitable for use in ISO (classes: 3-8) as well as GMP (classes: A-D) cleanrooms.
1. MopScoop dosing system
Validated dosing system for a contact-free supply of a defined quantity of liquid for impregnating mop covers:
- Closed container for cleaning or disinfecting solution
- Proven shelf life test (solution lasts up to 8 days in closed MopScoop container)
- Precise dosing with only +/- 1.3% deviation
- Flexible application possibilities due to variable dosing quantities (130 ml, 200 ml, 250 ml, 400 ml)
- Proven durability with over 50,000 dosing cycles
- Disposable or reusable mop concept possible

2. Lid MopDrop CR PROTECT
The lid with integrated throw-off mechanism for a closed disposal area. Used mop covers can be discarded without the use of physical force and stored closed:
- Completey closed disposal area
→ Avoids odor formation
→ Prevents cross contamination - Release of the mop holder at the integrated throw-off mechanism above the disposal area → No contact between mop holder and disposal bag
- Easy opening and closing of the lid without hand contact

3. Mop holder Clino Synchro Hybrid / Clino Synchro CR
Autoclavable mop holder that can be opened contact-free in interaction with the throw-off mechanism on the lid to pick up and drop off mop covers:
- Touchless drop off and pick up of mop covers
- Innovative, symmetrical opening mechanism for easier mop pick-up and drop-off
- 100% contact surface: No slipping of mop covers

Step 1
Push down operating lever with mop holder. MopScoop automatically doses required liquid.

Lift up mop holder. By releasing the lever, the liquid flows into the tray for the first wiping process.

Open lid MopDrop CR PROTECT by means of mop holder and operate opening mechanism.

Pick up mop cover.

Push down operating lever and let the mop absorb the liquid in the tray. MopScoop automatically doses liquid for the next wiping process.
