Cleanroom mop covers impregnate with process reliability

EasyMop is a closed system for the pre-preparation of mop covers and offers maximum process safety for clean room applications. Incorrect operation is practically impossible, e.g. already contaminated mops cannot be reused. The system is developed in such a way that a valid wetting of the mop covers with cleaning solution takes place. Only the amount of liquid really needed is applied to the mop, making cleaning more efficient and reducing residues.

The wetting of the mop covers in the EasyMop GMP system box is based on two physical principles: Gravity and capillary effect of the microfibre. For the application this means:

EasyMop GMP is made of high-quality stainless steel and designed and certified for use in sterile areas. The system box can be used at the same time for transport, sterilisation, steam sterilisation, pre-preparation and application of special mop covers for clean rooms.

EasyMop CR is the plastics product variant for the cleaning of clean rooms in which sterility is not required.

In order to meet the requirements of the EU-GMP-guideline not only the system trolleys and the system box have to be introduced into the clean room sterile, but also the wiping textiles required for the wiping process. The special design of the closing mechanism enables the mop covers to be autoclaved in the EasyMop GMP system box.
