MopFloat® CR
The open pre-preparation system with the security of a closed system
The open MopFloat® CR pre-preparation process uses the simplest mechanical intelligence to ensure that the same result is always achieved when impregnating the mop covers, regardless of the operator in the object. Ceilings, walls and floors in the clean room are not in direct product contact. Nevertheless, cleaning and disinfecting these surfaces is an important measure for restoring and maintaining the desired cleanliness in the production areas.
Since the cleaning and disinfection of larger surfaces in the clean room is usually carried out manually, simple and systematic procedures are necessary in order to achieve the desired validity of the processes. The less operating errors are possible, the more reproducible and reliable the process will be.
It is therefore imperative that a device suitable for cleanrooms should have as few mechanical components as technically possible. MopFloat CR has as few pivot points as possible and has no open dirt edges.
This forms the basis for fulfilling all relevant regulations and guidelines in highly critical areas. MopFloat® CR offer maximum security with full flexibility in daily use.
The cleaning and disinfection of cleanroom surfaces is usually carried out manually. Simple and systematic procedures ensure that processes are validated. The wetting of mop covers with the MopFloat® CR system is based exclusively on two physical principles: gravity and capillary effect.
By eliminating any operator error and the mechanical principles followed by MopDrop® GMP, each mop cover will always reliably have the same impregnation quantity.
The average deviation in the impregnation quantity is only around 1 percent. With an impregnation quantity of 400 ml, the absorbed cleaning solutions of individual mop covers vary by only 4 millilitres!
Such precise reproducibility cannot be achieved by any other system for individual mop preparation except our new dosing system MopScoop.
Your benefitts:
- Validability: The impregnation process inevitably delivers identical results
- GMP conformity: Made entirely of stainless steel. The only pivot point is mounted in an FDA-compliant plain bearing bush.
- Ergonomics and learnability: Self-explanatory system that can be operated with minimum effort.
- System implied security: Unintentional operating errors ruled out
- Avoidance of cross-contamination: through non-contact working and zone concepts
- Variable dosing quantity: depending on application or mop type (disposable or reusable mop concept) between 130, 250 and 400 ml
MopFloat® CR allow easy replacement of individual components due to their standardized dimensions. Numerous variation possibilities and assembly alternatives, for example with our EasyMop® pre-preparation system or the flat press system Ringo GMP.
